1.1 Eligibility for Returns

You may return unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items include:

• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale
• Personal care or hygiene products (if packaging is opened)

1.2 How to Return an Item

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

1.3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
